Yet again had time of work to take of delivery. At 1305 went to the door and found a card “Something for you” This is not the first time. I have a door bell ,the button for this is clearly visible. Or do I need to attach a flashing light to a sign indicating “PRESS HERE “ I now have go the next day to collect my package which will make me late for work. Extremely poor service and no one seems to be accountable. Dread to think how bad it would be if it was nationalised.

I missed a delivery today which I urgently required for a health appoint they kindly found the parcel and let me colllect the same days as it was an urgent request medically

Yet another instance of the awful service from Royal Mail Eastwood. I have been at home all morning.I have adoorbell that rings as loudly as Big Ben. Yet I go to mey front door and find a "Something for you" notification that a parcel was too big for my letterbox and advice on how to collect it from Eastwood.This is far from the first time this has happened and I have complained before several times. This reflects a "who cares" attitude that is noticeable at the delivery office and has been in evidence for years.Nothing happens with complaints. It is abysmal. Even on the tel number available from the web site when you press 4 at the "complaint" point the voice messaging just reverts to the full set of messages again. There is no provision for a telephone service even to leave a complaint on the service stated. The whole thing requires a violent spring clean.

My mum has posted 3 letters in the last two months from Eastwood to Durham to her grandchildren and they have never arrived. Other mail arrives in Durham fine but nothing sent from Eastwood post office so what does that suggest?

sent 2.40 for 2 items to be delivered only received one. they were cards should have been sent sat 30 august only received one
