Currently very poor service since staffing has altered. Previous yrs I had no complaints. Recnt problems include items returned to delivery office when householder is home because delivery person did not ring doorbell. Also post frequently delivered to the wrong address despite being correctly addressed. Slow response time to assisting staff at delivery collection office.
