Non existent. Waiting for weeks at a time for mail. Deliveries on hold. From now on doing my best to avoid them entirely so having to shop with companies which use a different service. Still, I have important letters and large parcels stuck at their office. I will be going in person to retrieve my mail. Do the job for them. Absolutely shocking. Should just get rid.

Sort YOURSELVES out Dorking Postal Sorting Office. No post AGAIN today for the tenth day running. I know you have the results of my recent NHS scan, birthday cards from family and friends and goodness knows what else. This is really NOT acceptable. I would give you NO stars if I could.
