The parcel for my granddaughter went astray, The staff at CLITHEROE SORTING OFFICE especially Andy and Matt were so kind and caring to me and did everything that could possibly be done to help me. When tracing it for me they always phoned me back when they had some news for me. They found it for me and made sure that it was delivered to the right address and Keighra received her present today. In this day and age it is now rare to get such good service but you did yourself proud and I am very grateful to everyone who helped me. Please receive my thanks

We are so lucky in this area to have a great, hard working group of postmen, I had a parcel arriving this week, unsure of when it was being delivered I took my dog walking & missed the delivery however my postman saw me walking & returned back with my parcel, what a fabulous service, also we have quite narrow lanes & I can only report courteous & considerate driving from the men coming through Wiswell.
