Absolute rubbish. Rang customer services. NO reply...hung on and on and on and ON and just gave up !!!!! What a sham!!! Is anybody working there at all ??

Had a tracked parcel delivered to Royal Mail Chester, before supposedly being delivered by them to me. From Chester onwards there was no tracking, so surprise surprise it never arrived, weeks after. Tracked all the way to Chester and disappeared. Thankfully the company I ordered from refunded me, but the next time this happens I am going to the police.

Despite having informed the relevant supervisor some time ago about receiving mail not intended for me, I continue to receive misdirected mail intended for another address in the road I live.
I have also had mail, which should have been delivered to my home address, delivered elsewhere in Nicholas Street Mews in Chester city, where I live.
I have rang the mail delivery service several times since without reply.

Posted small parcel to customer, I have my postal receipt, 1st class, which after 10 days they have not received.
I have been trying to contact this office, using the listed phone number, to try to find out what has happened or gain some advice so that I can possibly let MY customer know -- ie, I am providing a good customer service unlike this delivery office and Royal Mail.
Please just answer the phone!!!!

They make it persistently difficult to collect parcels. They are permanently unhelpful and rude and it's next to impossible to get hold of an actual person on he phone , rather than an automated voice. I now never send Mail with Royal Mail and wish I didn't have to receive it from them either. I now request all items on ebay etc are sent with Hermes, although this is not always possible.

Posted 3 letters in post box outside Thackery Towers at 3.30 on 20/1/2015 for collection at 9.00a.m.on21st all three letters arrived on the 21st one in York,one in Wrexham and the last in Mancot.Well done to everybody fantastic service.

Two packets from needlework businesses have not been received - the first posted to me 1st class on 9.12.14 (since replaced) and the second posted 29.12.14 which will be replaced next week. They are from different firms and should have come in my regular postman delivery.

I'd just like to say thank you to the member/s of staff who kindly posted a letter back to me that in a silly rushed moment I had neither addressed or sealed.
It's great to see that in a world of red tape and administration that there is a policy of common sense and going that extra bit further to aid a customer.
