Rubbish service. Presumably the people working there are paid, for a service they don't deliver.

I?ve just watched my postman walk out of my gate after leaving a card saying ?sorry we missed you.? We have two door bells (one is a mechanical bell) and a door knocker. I paid for express delivery as it?s my wife?s birthday tomorrow. Thanks Cheltenham Royal Mail.

I have been waiting for a delivery for several weeks and now it transpires that you have had my package at the depot for nearly two weeks, and because you didn't leave a card I had no idea!
I don't know how I will be able to collect as I don't have a delivery card to produce!
What a great shame as this was a Birthday gift and it now looks like, despite ordering in plenty of time, it wont be here for the right date.

I live in Wales, my daughter lives in Cheltenham.
I sent three 1st class birthday cards from different family members to my grandson on a Monday (midday).
One card arrived on Wednesday (his birthday) and no sign of the others.
I did phone the sorting office to log my complaint and spoke to a helpful young lady. I explained to her that this is not the first time mail has been delayed to her address, and also mail to us has not always been delivered when it should have.
We do not have problems with our other mail so can only put it down to the postal system in Gloucestershire.

Have waited for parcel for ages! Should have received a card but didn't, and when I have called, nobody picks up!
