Delivery office frequently loses parcels, delivers them crushed, lies about deliveries (they mark as delivered when they havent been out that day, your mail arrives by some postie youve never seen a week later), doesnt update tracking information and staff are generally quite rude and incompetent.
Lately they have also started ignoring explicit delivery instructions and if you complain about them to Royal mail, they pass in onto this DO for "investigation", and never reply even 6 months later.
