In my 4 years of living in Bognor, I have never had a single problem with the postal service, either with normal letter/parcel deliveries or collection of many parcels at the enquiry office. My postman is very professional and always friendly. During the Covid-19 pandemic they have been excellent and I thank them for keeping the country ticking over. Exceptional service, better than where I used to live, although that wasn't bad either. Keep it up!

Twice recently, today included, items misdelivered. Two weeks ago I got a bank statement for a different house number in a different road. Friday 12th Jan someone brought a package for me that had been put through his letterbox Our regular postie is very good so maybe it's a relief postman doing this. The very occasional misdelivery is one thing, but this is twice in as few weeks.

Cannot help to sort my disabled wife's parcel out. Said had been delivered but we were not in. No card left so we didn't know was sent and now found out either sender put wrong address down or post office has lost parcel

Parcels were left twice in gas meter box, no card to say so, item was not found for 3 months after reporting as undelivered. Box is only opened for reading, why would l look in there its full of insects. Second item found after two weeks when we remembered what happened before

For well over a month now I have received other people`s mail (generally Thursdays and Fridays) and have walked around our estate and delivered it myself through their letterboxes. I am not paid by Royal Mail! Obviously, this proves that your postmen are totally unable to sort the mail correctly, and then at point of delivery are unable to read the address. This morning (Sat. 1 Nov.) a gentleman put my mail through my letterbox, he had had it delivered to his address! This is totally unacceptable. I always thought `the post` was a safe and secure service! It costs enough!

I am disgusted with the price increase for stamps when our delivery is so poor. I know of no other
business where employees can be talking on their mobile phone continuously whilst "working", which is what our postmen do. No wonder our letters are wrongly delivered. One postman, when handed a letter delivered to our address incorrectly, merely took it with no comment. Another asked why we had not taken it to the correct address as it was only over the road. Our reply was that he is paid to do that, we are not. We will be reducing items to post in future.
