I Thought I would shop local so gave Youngs Brecon a go. All promises but couldnt deliver, I had to call almost daily in the end to get a update. When the carpet fitter finally arrived he had a attitude immediately and shouted that he could only part finish the job as it would need 2 days, with no idea of when he could return to complete. When asked why a stair carpet plus small landing would take 2 days to fit he was very aggressive and swore in front of my 85 year old grandmother, disgusting behaviour so I asked him to leave in the same manner.
As it happens I called Carpetright Merthyr later the same day and they had a fitter on site within 3 days. And they completed the job in under 2 hours!
Avoid this company! Very unprofessional and aggresive.
