Our dedicated team of Chartered Surveyors, graduates and support staff are available at all times to guide and advise our clients and applicants through all their commercial property needs. Operating in the heart of Essex but close to the borders of Suffolk, we undertake most of our work locally but frequently are instructed to advise on property matters farther afield.

Our work is extremely varied ranging between the letting of small office suites of circa 10sq.m up to advising on multi million pound development schemes. Our teams advise across the commercial agency, land and investment sectors, both locally and more broadly throughout the south east and East Anglia region.
