During the first phase of the coronavirus lockdown, as a full time private teacher I had all kinds of things going on and missed my appointment by 5 mins as lost track of time and nipped out for food. Upon arrival to my property, Wayne had left but between us he said it was understable considering the current situation and would be back tomorrow and was. No metion of a charge. A few weeks later I'm getting charged £72(!!) for his five mins of waiting. DISGRACEFUL fee and upon his visit no gloves or protective mask or following social distancing guidelines or mention of it.
