Disappointed with the overall customer service and final product from this company. Used them to build a media wall, convinced the vision I had they can execute a bring to life - a simple media wall build with no shelves, supplied my own fire. Contractors including carpenters coming to our house complaining about not being paid and threatening to leave, turns out it was true as another carpenter was then sourced who did not install the wall panels in alignment - clearly a poor network of contractors as they are not paid by Chris and Paul. Got billed for electric work yet an electrician never visited the house yet was ambushed to pay as “Chris needs to pay his labourers” clearly unfit for this type of work and did not have the decency to admit and take account for their errors and wrong doings towards a paying customer. Very bad business practices and wish I had never chosen them, the media wall still isn’t signed off but can’t get hold of either one of Chris or Paul. Perhaps now I may get a response after publicly calling them out on the experience we have had with them.

I had W P Decorators paint the exterior of my cottage as it was quite run down and needed more than just a lick of paint. I couldn't be anymore happier with the finish and their finish is better than I could of imagined.
