Our burrito obsession started in San Francisco, where we grew up devouring foil-wrapped deliciousness from legendary spots like Taqueria Cancun, El Farolito, and Pancho Villa. These neighbourhood taquerias taught us what a proper burrito should be - a warm flour tortilla stuffed with authentic rice and beans, grilled meats, fresh salsas and guac, and Monterey Jack cheese - all the fixings to hit the spot.
