Recent schemes have showcased our ability to apply the same rigorous design and construction standards to the creation of new build houses. Our St James Park development in Didsbury set a benchmark for quality in South Manchester, which we aspire to carry through in our current schemes at Siemens in Manchester and Alderley Park in Cheshire.
