We take our inspiration from around the world and use incredible British produce to create our products. We make everything on site from blending our own seasonings to steaming and peeling the eggs. Our scotch eggs are all made with a soft boiled hens egg wrapped in one of our delicious flavours, coated with Japanese Panko breadcrumbs.CUMBERLAND: British pork, sage, marjoram, black pepper, nutmeg.
