We also host group exercise classes that are suited to all ages and abilities, while you can enjoy a multitude of activities in the sports hall, including five-a-side football, basketball and badminton. After your exertions, you can even relax in our sauna and steam room.
Our group fitness studio plays host to a variety of different classes. Whatever your fitness goals may be, you’re sure to find the right class for you, while the social nature of the sessions means you can meet new people too.
Come and enjoy a variety of sports in our eight-court sports hall. Hire the hall for a range of different activities, or you can come to join us for, among others, organised badminton, five-a-side football, basketball and netball sessions.
Taro’s state-of-the-art, 63-station gym features the latest in cardio, resistance and free weight equipment are generously catered for too. Personal trainers are also on hand to guide you through your workout. Pop in and experience it for yourself.
Swimmers at Taro have several options. For serious swimmers, there’s a 25m, four-lane training pool. Meanwhile, the leisure pool, with its 60m flume, is for those who just want to have some fun and the learner pool is for those taking swimming lessons.
