TUI Holiday Store

Hello, This review is purely for the staff at the Canvey Branch of Tui, and One staff member mainly by the name of Daisy. I had a problem when dealing with Tui on line and just could not get the problem sorted. I was eventually advised by them to go to a local branch to see if they could help. At first I was very annoyed to have to get myself to a shop to sort this myself. Now I think any future Tui holiday will definitely be booked at the shop itself. The problem I had with on line with Tui was magnificently sorted by Daisy, although she herself initially had a few hurdles to jump. She gave me 100% faith in knowing all would be well in her capable hands, and it was. She explained what the issue probably was which made me feel very reassured that all would be sorted. This young lady is obviously a huge asset to Tui and I thank her again. She was training another very pleasant young lady whose name I.m afraid I have forgotten but with Daisys help and guidance I.m sure she also will be a great asset. Thank you
