Sorry, but after my last TUI experience I'm going to try Jet2, failing that walking somewhere with a tent, far more relaxing than a TUI experience. . TUI shop is now ignoring my emails now my complaint to their HO has been rejected and handed back to the shop to deal with. My complaint is regarding your advisor who mis sold me the holiday who also just happens to work in the store my dispute originates from. Very unprofessional behaviour TUI/RIU, no empathy, no compassion, no customer satisfaction, no acceptance of any fault of your own plus a total dismissal of my experience. In short everyone, I'm disabled, I conveyed my requirements to the Agent in store, and ended up in a holiday camp in the sun, more suited to 18-30's, stag/hen parties, but in TUI's eyes it is my fault and offered an insulting £100 compensation 3.1% of the holiday value, I had to pay €100 towards a mobility scooter to get around the camp that TUI refused to supply, only when I spoke with the Hotel TUI rep Joey, he went half with me, good luck Joey getting your money from TUI especially as you were trying to resolve an issue with paying guests.. Why does it say my Hotel has not been accessed for restricted movement customers, I WAS SENT THERE, SOLD THERE, RECOMMENDED THERE, anyway, my advice. Stay well away from TUI...
