Today we visited the Blackpool store when we was greeted by Katie! ( what a absolute gem off a women she is) first of all she made she our child ( who is five” comfortable. She asked her name, how old she was. If she wanted a drink. And if she wanted to colour. She then made us a bru too. This is personally my first time going and I’ve been nervous of flying. She spoke to me about Everything that happens. Put my mind at utter ease. Katie was absolutely fantastic. Everything was super easy! We just gave her rough ideas what we wanted and what time of year and then together we sorted out holiday! All trough this process she was making sure we fully understood everything. As well as this we was “ having a laugh” she really made us feel at ease. We could have a chat and a laugh with her. She truly is a credit to your team! She’s a lovely, comforting person. Thank you so much Katie for being apart of our child’s first holiday! We will be using you EVEYTIME! Thank you for everything you did for us today Katie! See you again! The Baileys Emma HALLAMMMMMM
