We prepare building regulations notated drawings and apply to Building Control for Full Plans Building Control apporvals.
For guidance a planning application will take either 8 weeks or 13 weeks for a major application to be determined once validated. If a pre-application enquiry is to be submitted before submitting the planing application then allow at least another month for a reply. To receive an intial response to a Full Plans Building Regulations Application we allow 3-4 weeks. A
