Dan responded to my urgent request in a timely manner. The lock was changed quickly, he kept me informed throughout the process, and was polite and courteous throughout.

"Brilliant service! Paul contacted me the same day I sent a call back request, even though it was in an evening. He came the next day and did the job quickly and efficiently and gave me a full explanation of what he had done and why. Very happy with the work and will hopefully not be getting locked out (or in) again!"
