Since then, we have expanded to become one of the county's leading salerooms with regular local and online auctions, monthly two or three day auctions at our permanent base just outside Stroud. I experienced extremely poor customer service, and was shouted at by the owner of the business in a very unpleasant way in response to a very simple technical question about an auction lot and bidding. The staff member/owner features in many negative reviews, in the identification of her aggression, and unacceptable conduct. Initially polite and professional conduct from other staff, but the reality is soon exposed and exemplified in the conduct of the owner Lyn. My advice is to avoid any business dealings with Stroud Auctions. It will not be a positive or pleasant experience.
