I had to chase up a parcel which had been incorrectly sent to the wrong depot - its a long story but eventually when I contacted this depot, the gentleman who took my call was very efficient, took a number and let me know the minute it had safely arrived there. More than happy with this service which renewed my faith in people doing their job right and returning calls.
