Very easy site to navigate and use with clear layout. Purchases are immediately available to download with clear instructions for new users of the site. When I have had any questions the reply has been very prompt and customers are encouraged to send in new pattern design ideas with the designer often making a new design quickly available when a customer has a special request for an event or occasion. The site offers a forum which is a very useful addition to the service because fellow customers often have the answer to a problem you might have with regards to materials or tools.
