The service is spot on, I can easily view the designs and I have found to order the e.patterns fairly simple, especially as I am a 'grey' surfer.......but still naturally blonde ! I love lots of designs and always look forward to e.mails from your company showing new designs. The only problems now is when I saw this survey I was in the middle of downloading my latest patterns and the reward was showing a Russian Doll figure, then it changed to a Christmas bookmark which I wasn't really interested in. Any chance of sending me the Russian Doll design ?
Yours hopefully
