Welcome to Simon's Bakery. I am a cake designer based in Tooting, south London, creating delicious buttercream & ganache wedding cakes and other modern celebration cakes.
I design buttercream and ganache wedding cakes and other celebration cakes that have a contemporary look to them.
Inspired by modern art and sculpture, interior design, architecture, the cakes I make are characterised by a contrast of shapes and angles, sharp edges, a precise finish and the abstract use of colour. This is combined with other design elements such as moulded wafer paper and chocolate and fresh and silk flowers.
I also specialise in Russian honey cake and other delicious patisserie.
