Terrible company. Nothing ever gets fixed. Experts at making excuses. Residents are constantly complaining. Constantly having to chase up long outstanding problems that have been poorly contained around the premises. Poor finance management. Incompetent.

In the past 8 years I have dealt with 3 different property management companies. The first 2 companies were dreadful and so big that the left hand didn't know what the right was doing. Seraph Property Management is the best by far as they are smaller than the previous management companies but this gives them an advantage as they are able to provide client focused service delivery. The other two property management companies I had previously dealt with were focused on expansion without having sufficient staff to deal with my queries promptly and no doubt the queries of others. Seraph is different as they don't take on more than they can adequately service.

There were several risks to life in the Seraph property I resided in. 1. The winding stair. 2. The electric cooker 3. Bell wire across the top of the primary stair entering the building. 4. The primary stair itself. 5. The hole in the 1st-floor landing top of the primary stair. 6. Rotten windows. 7. Carbon monoxide ingress. One person broke their neck on a dangerous stair. Another fell sustaining an injury to his leg, whilst I myself sustained 2-years monoxide positioning, which damaged my blood for life and made me dependent on tablets. They refused to resolve issues, were, rude, biased towards the criminal landlord, endangered lives & are very clever in getting away with it. Their own maintenance manager in the last inspection, suggested I blow the place up. Whilst environmental health attended, the officer attending was dismissed for failing to submit reports. Other officers, overlooked dangers in compliance with giving Seraph favourable ticks.
