Saltburn Leisure Centre offers a variety of ways to help keep you healthy and active. You can take advantage of our well-equipped, state-of-the-art gym, which is the perfect place to help you achieve your fitness goals. Meanwhile, our two swimming pools host our award-winning swimming lessons, alongside other aquatic activities. The group exercise studio hosts a huge range of different classes that are designed to suit a wide range of ages and abilities, while there are loads of activities in the sports hall and bowls fans can enjoy our state-of-the-art indoor bowls pitch.
The two swimming pools offer our award-winning child and adult lessons for all abilities. We have a variety of other water based activities including Aqua Fit, casual swim sessions and even one-to-one swim lessons.
The group fitness class programme is designed to suit all ages and abilities and offers a variety of classes, including Yoga, Zumba and Bodycombat. We also offer a wide variety of group cycling sessions.
Our 66-station gym has a mixture of cardio and resistance equipment to meet all your needs and on hand to help is our staff, who are happy to assist however they can. We also offer Personal Training sessions.
Our 6 court sports hall offers a wide range of activities including badminton, indoor 5 aside football, netball, basketball and much more.
