The store itself is good BUT there are always problems with the tills. They are not manned well enough.
Today I arrived to find that there were no tills open at all.
I made a complaint at customer services. I am tired of having to queue and being told that I could use the self service option. It is supposed to be a service industry so why should I serve myself? Please improve!
