My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through understanding, reflection, and being truly seen. Therapy is conducted online. This offers great flexibility as sessions can easily be scheduled to fit around your busy work and family life commitments. You need to ensure you have privacy for the session to avoid being overheard, disturbed or distracted. A reliable internet connection is essential too.
