Here, you can enjoy our two swimming pools, in which our award-winning swimming lessons – among other activities – take place. The modern gym that’s packed with all the latest cardio and resistance equipment, or you can enjoy one of our group exercise sessions, which include group cycling and hot yoga classes. Furthermore, there’s a sports hall that hosts a number of activities and we have three squash courts available for hire.
Our brilliant 25m pool is ideal for all swimmers. Whether you’re here to do some serious lane swimming, just want a casual dip, enjoy our hair-raising flume slide.
Our group fitness studio plays host to a variety of different classes. You’re sure to find the right class for you, while the social nature of the sessions means you can meet new people too.
This friendly, state-of-the-art gym with helpful staff features a large cardio and weights area and two functional areas. It’s ideal for the fitness enthusiast or those who are new to the gym.
