My name is Ben, I am a BACP registered person centred therapist. I offer one to one therapy in a beautiful, comfortable office on a spacious and beautiful private grounds in Colchester , as well as online, home visit if possible and telephone counselling.

I offer trust, confidentiality and a non-judgemental space to talk with someone outside of your social bubble in empathy. My positive regard for you will be present always, lets see where it leads us....

My specialities are depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, feeling sad, social anxiety , work stress and chronic pain. Whatever you bring, whatever it may be, I will walk alongside you, every step of the way.
