At York Road we provide accommodation on a residential basis for five young adults with varying learning disabilities. We specialise in providing support for people with communication difficulties and autism.
The staff team at York Road strive to provide just the right level of support to individuals so they can achieve a high level of independence. We can also provide 1:1 support where necessary.
All residents at York Road are involved in the creation process of their Person Centred Plans, which exist to allow staff to deliver the best possible service. These plans also give individuals the chance to outline their goals and aspirations, and we will support people to identify what steps are needed to make them happen.
