At Gateholme we provide support for people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and other complex needs. We have a successful record of supporting people to move into more independent environments.
At Gateholme, we have a number of different houses at the service and each one is personalised by individuals living there. Everyone chooses the colour schemes and furniture for their own rooms and all communal areas.
Each house has its own dedicated staff team who provide support tailored to each individual's needs. Everyone we support has their own unique Person Centred Plan which they help design. Each plan is designed to support an individual's personal choices and aspirations and focuses on what is needed to make that happen.
