At Pets at Home we believe shopping should be simple. So you can focus on your pets. Now you can shop how you want, in a way that suits your needs. With our new super-fast Click & Collect service you can order online and have it ready to collect in as little as 1 hour, at no extra charge.

How does it work?

If the items you want are all in stock at your preferred store, you can Click & Collect in as little as 1 hour. Just add the items you wish to purchase to your basket and we will provide you with a Click & Collect promise in the basket and checkout. Alternatively head to the product page where you can check stock levels in any one of our stores.

But don’t worry if the items you want are not in stock at your local store, just place your order online and we will send it to the store.

As soon as your order is ready, we will send you an email and text to let you know it’s ready for collection so you can sit back and relax.
