The gym features all the latest cardio and resistance equipment, as well as free weights, to help you achieve your fitness goals. Meanwhile you can also enjoy our swimming pool, including our award-winning swimming lessons, casual swimming sessions and aqua aerobics classes, among other things. Furthermore, there’s also a fantastic choice of group exercise classes – both virtual and instructor-led – that are suitable for just about everyone, while you can also relax in our sauna and steam room.
Our eight-lane, 25m competition-standard swimming pool is supplemented by our smaller learner pool and both are ideal for swimmers of all abilities.
Our group fitness studio plays host to a variety of different virtual classes. Whatever your fitness goals may be, you’re sure to find the right class for you, while the social nature of the sessions means you can meet new people too.
Our gym is one of the largest in the area. Featuring the latest cardio, resistance, kenisis and Omnia equipment, there’s also a large free weights area.
