The Mid Suffolk Leisure Centre in Stowmarket boasts a fantastic gym with more than 100 stations of top-of-the-range cardio, resistance, free weights and functional equipment to suit everyone. Mid-Suffolk also houses three swimming pools, which host all manner of aquatic activities, including lane swimming, inflatable fun and Everyone Active’s award-winning swimming lessons. There’s also a range of group fitness classes to suit all tastes, plus seven indoor bowls rinks. Kids will love the fantastic fun Play World soft play area and The Cragg Climbing Wall is suitable for climbers of all abilities.
We have an extended and refurbished 100+ station gym, boasting an extensive range of Technogym cardio and resistance kit, functional training equipment, as well as a free weights area.
Our group fitness studio plays host to a variety of different classes. Whatever your fitness goals may be, you’re sure to find the right class for you.
Our 25 metre, six-lane main swimming pool, the learner pool and toddler’s pool are perfect for swimmers of all ages and abilities.
Play World at Mid Suffolk Leisure Centre is an indoor play area for children up to 12 years, and includes ball cannons, slides, aerial glide, football zone, and separate baby/toddler areas.
Mid Suffolk Leisure centre boasts East Anglia’s premier climbing facility in the form of The Cragg climbing wall. Here, you can enjoy 330 square metres of climbing surface, a dedicated bouldering wall and more than 30 lead and top rope lines, while the routes are changed regularly too in order to keep them challenging. We have sessions available for climbers of all ages and abilities, as well as offering nationally-recognised award schemes.
