After viewing the wall damp, they agreed to repair and do fix the leak on roof if any. They took the advance of 96 GBP and after opening up the wall, kept making excuses and have never repaired or came back or gave back the deposit since 5 months.

arrived on time, checked, advised and when away with a smile. In my case I was advised that there is no need for service but there was a need for some care which I can do myself.
