Have used Make Their Day several times and have received excellent service and flowers each time.
They provided the flowers for my father's funeral. They listened to our needs, were very kind and delivered the wreaths and casket display to the funeral directors as promised. What an amazing experience. Nothing and I mean nothing was too much trouble and Izzi left nothing to chance. She went out of her way to ensure our requests were completed.
My daughter lives in Oz and wanted to surprise her best friend at an hotel before her wedding. We live in Kent so not just a short hop to do this ourselves.
Izzi took up the challenge of not only supplying the flowers but purchasing the strawberries and Orange juice, and then liaising with the wine company to ensure delivery of all of the items. Also to ensure that the words written by my daughter were included on a card.

It is very rare these days to have such a friendly, personal & professional service. Izzy was obliging and efficient, with excellent customer care and communication skills. I asked for same day delivery at after 2pm in the afternoon. This was no problem and within a few hours a beautiful hand tied bouquet arrived at my cousin's door. She was delighted and so too was I. I will certainly use Make Their Day in the future and highly recommend others to do so.
