It’s so refreshing to find an electrician who clearly values customer service!
Matt came to our property on the same day as I’d called, kept me informed of his ETA and arrived on time. He took considerable time to check the Dimplex storage heater, which was not working properly, and discovered more than previous electricians. He has continued to research the heaters with regard to getting a better performance, which goes far beyond the service received from other contractors.
Waiting for the invoice, so can’t yet comment on value for money.
I would definitely recommend MP Electrical!
