SHOCKING SERVICE, I had to tell 49 people we had no bus to take us to Ripon races on Satuday 22 July 2017. Booked 4 months in advance, bus drivers paperwork had all my details so my booking was NOT given the personal attention they say they give
The company says we are friendly, reliable & professional company giving personal attention for every booking made. There were 2 busses booked to pick up from Owton Manor Social Club Hartlepool destination Ripon races, returning to different locations from Ripon, the bus driver contacted me as he was given the wrong pick up place ONLY 1 BUS turned up the driver had my contacts but a different RETURN destination myself & 48 other people were left without a BUS and they said SORRY what a JOKE the word SORRY just didn't help I don't think the company knows what it is doing BECAUSE IT IS CERTAINLY NOT PAYING PERSONAL ATTENTION TO EVERY CUSTOMERS BOOKING. The star rating from Me is NONE SHOCKING SERVICE
