Our shop is located on a busy high street. Surrounding areas do have cobbled pavements.
Our entrance is step-free.
Our shop has an open layout, however, can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is fully wheelchair accessible.
We have an accessible toilet if needed.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.
