I came to Reading store on 8/12/22 with my Son Steven,he wanted to buy some gifts for his Wife, we could not find what we wanted but thankfully we were assisted by a young sales assistant called Ben,[very cheerful,pink hair was lovely] he helped us find exactly what we were looking for, he was happy,very helpful and his Customer Service Skills were 100%. My Son purchased more Lush Goods than he intented ,but he was happy to buy some extra gifts because Ben was so nice to us and so enthusiastic about the products. Ben is an amazing store assistant and you are very lucky to have him working in your Reading Store at The Oracle Shopping Centre.

Our shop is located on the ground floor of the shopping centre.
Our entrance is step-free.
Our shop has wide aisles and an open layout. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is fully wheelchair accessible.
No customer toilet in-store, but accessible facilities are available in the shopping centre.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.
