Our shop is located on the ground floor of the shopping centre.
Our entrance is step-free
Our shop has an open layout and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is fully wheelchair accessible.
No customer toilet in-store, but accessible facilities are available in the shopping centre.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

Mon-Fri 9am-8pm, Sat 9am-7pm, Sun 11:30am-5:30pm (From the 1st-14th of September we are trading from a pop-up mini Lush near Ernest Jones in the Arndale Centre. Our main shop will be closed for an exciting refresh, but join us on Monday the 15th of September from 12:00pm for our reopening celebrations!)
