We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located on a busy high street.
There are two steps at the entrance; a portable ramp is available on request. Please call the shop on 01242 244918 to request the ramp be brought out or ask a staff member near the entrance.
Our space is cosy, and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
With assistance of a ramp for the front entrance the shop is wheelchair accessible, however, there is limited turning space.
No customer toilet in-store.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.
