Liverpool Magistrates Court

This morning I visited the Magistrates Court in Liverpool as I needed their help completing and submitting an important application form. I feel it very necessary to make this comment. The gentlemen on security were helpful and made me feel relaxed (Peter and Ken) then the young man at the desk (Jacob) went over and above what I had expected and spent time with me helping me to understand what I needed to do to complete the forms. I was naturally very concerned when I arrived feeling sure I'd not be able to deal with this matter properly, but due to these gentlemen's help and kind assistance I was so thankful and so I asked their names so I could sent a big compliment to the court expressing my grateful thanks. Really very well done so please let them know they are very necessary and obviously their training has not been wasted. Thank you for your time in accepting this compliment.
