Laughtons Luxury Toilet Hire

Disorganised, took 2+ weeks to reply to email, gave wrong information about a hire they had confirmed was booked in, then said I need to wait 2+ weeks again before they can tell me if it is possible. Poor service, would not recommend. Go for a company that is actually organised.
Following me writing a review here they decided to cancel my booking because I wrote an honest review!
Would avoid this company, absolutely unprofessional and waste of time.

Business Response: Dear Dan, We are very disappointed to read this review. As a family run business we pride ourselves on providing a high level of service to our clients. In this particular instance you requested a toilet to be provided outside a church for a two day hire period. The query that you had is that you were not willing to sign the contract that confirmed the insurance of the unit and requested that the clause was removed. This is something we are unable to do as therefore our unit would have been left unattended in a public area for two days, uninsured. As a company we made the decision to cancel the booking when an agreement could not be reached. We are sorry that the you feel we were disorganised and unhelpful.
