I qualified in 1984 from the British School of Osteopathy in London. After working with a doctor in Wimpole Street I set up clinics in Sutton and Oxted in Surrey where I still practice to date.

I aim to provide a friendly professional osteopathic approach for variety of complaints including, low back pain, sciatica, neck pain, headaches, arthritis, sports injuries, shoulder pain and general stress/tension problems.

Osteopathy uses a variety of gentle manual techniques such a gentle stretching of the joints, soft tissue massage joint manipulation where it is felt necessary and advice on exercises and posture to aid recovery and prevent future injury.

In Oxted I work out of the Ingledale Therapy Centre alongside many other therapist. I run clinics on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Fridays from 8am -1pm. There is free on site parking. The rest of the week I am at my Sutton clinic.

Osteopathy is suitable for most people, we are highly trained practitioners having completed a full time 4 year course. I am always happy to answer any queries first should you not be sure if Osteopathy can help.

I am fully Registered with the General Osteopathic Council and insured. I am also a health-care provider for most of the private health-care companies.

When visiting for the first time a full medical history will be taken, followed by an examination which may involve the patient performing some movements. From the information gained a diagnosis and treatment plan can be discussed and treatment given to immediately help with the pain.
