At Inner Gold Therapy, I provide counselling and hypnotherapy for adults and young people aged 12+. With over 15 years’ experience, I support clients facing anxiety, depression, low mood, stress, low self-esteem, relationship issues and more. My approach is integrative, drawing on Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, CBT and Hypnotherapy, tailored to individual needs.
