Experience outdoor demonstrations of cooking from start to finnish over an open fire, learn about historical ingredients, and to follow in the future we will be offering the opportunity to savor some unique authentic dishes crafted using ancient techniques. This includes fare within a mead hall fit for a Kings feast through to lower status foods.
